# Privacy policy

## Data controller

## What data we collect

Only what you write in the *Donations* form:

- your **name** (or whatever you like to be called);
- a **contact** (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email) and your preferred channel;
- the **message** telling us what you would like to give us and why;
- the **date and time** of your submission.

We do not ask for payment details, we use no profiling cookies, and we never add you to a mailing list.

## Why we use it

To **get back to you** about your donation offer and to arrange the handover. Nothing else: no marketing, and we never share your data with third parties.

## On what basis

On your **consent**, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to <raffaella@ogigiazena.it>.

## For how long

As long as needed to handle your offer, and in any case **no longer than 24 months** from the last contact. After that the data is deleted.

## Where the data lives

The form runs on the website hosted by **Aruba S.p.A.** (shared hosting, servers in Italy): submissions stay on that server and are delivered by email to Ogigia. We use no third-party services for the form, and the anti-bot check is generated by our own server (no external service, no data sent anywhere else).

## Your rights

You can ask at any time to **access, correct or delete** your data, or to object to processing: write to <raffaella@ogigiazena.it>. If you believe the processing is not compliant you can contact the Italian **Data Protection Authority** ([garanteprivacy.it](https://www.garanteprivacy.it)).
