What if you didn't have to own a garment to wear it?

What if your wardrobe were light, and changed every month?

How would you live — with fewer things, and more freedom?

One garment, many lives

It's not renting. It's not buying.
You choose how much of it you want to own.

Every Ogigia garment moves along a spectrum: from entirely yours to simply on loan. You decide, every month, where you want to be.

Give it back Own it
The Ogigia formula

In between, a monthly subscription: the garment is yours for as long as you keep it. Every month you choose whether to bring it back, keep it a while longer, or make it yours for good.

How it works

Three steps, in the shop or online. No long commitment, no surprises.

1

Choose your garment

You collect it in the shop, leaving a €10 deposit for each garment.

2

You wear it

You pay €10 a month for each garment, for as long as you want to keep it.

3

It's your call

Bring it back, keep it another month, or buy it: the deposit comes off the price.

What it costs

The fee and the deposit are counted per garment. An outfit — a jacket and trousers, say — is two garments, so both double.

One garment, these trousers for instance

The fee and deposit are final. The purchase price varies from garment to garment.

Monthly fee € 10 per garment
Deposit € 10 per garment, once
An outfit (2 garments) € 20 a month, € 20 deposit
If you buy it garment price − the deposit you paid

The deposit, three ways

€ 10 for every garment that leaves the shop. It never comes back on its own: you choose what to do with it, whenever you are ready.

You take it back

Bring the garment back and the deposit returns to your pocket. At any time.

You put it towards buying

You decide to keep the garment for good: the deposit is taken off the final price.

You leave it where it is

Want to carry on subscribing? It stays put, and covers your next garment too.

Why this isn't just any rental

Handmade, from reclaimed fabrics

Every garment begins as selected vintage textile offcuts, remanufactured in our workshop in Via Pré.

Less water, less waste

Extending the life of a garment by just nine months cuts up to 20–30% of its water, CO₂ and waste footprint. On a garment that takes around 2,500 litres to produce, that also means 500 litres of water saved — an example, not a measurement of individual Ogigia garments.
