What data we collect

Only what you write in the Donations form:

• your name (or whatever you like to be called);
• a contact (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email) and your preferred channel;
• the message telling us what you would like to give us and why;
• the date and time of your submission.

We do not ask for payment details, we use no profiling cookies, and we never add you to a mailing list.

Why we use it

To get back to you about your donation offer and to arrange the handover. Nothing else: no marketing, and we never share your data with third parties.

On what basis

On your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to raffaella@ogigiazena.it.

For how long

As long as needed to handle your offer, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact. After that the data is deleted.

Where the data lives

The form runs on the website hosted by Aruba S.p.A. (shared hosting, servers in Italy): submissions stay on that server and are delivered by email to Ogigia. We use no third-party services for the form, and the anti-bot check is generated by our own server (no external service, no data sent anywhere else).

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to processing: write to raffaella@ogigiazena.it. If you believe the processing is not compliant you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
